Internet Retailing, London, 4th October

We’ll be attending Internet Retailing 2011, the UK’s leading conference for online and multichannel retailers. Taking place October 4th, this is a senior-level event which last year attracted top level executives from pure play, multichannel and bricks and mortar retailers, along with leading suppliers and analysts. In an exclusive workshop at Internet Retailing 2011, Fredrik Holmen will explain that this challenge can be solved by adhering to some fundamental online marketing principles, but also requires greater business integration between online and offline. Fredrik will focus on the key online growth drivers, and use recent UK online consumer research to identify areas where retailers can improve their efforts. The workshop will reveal how front-end online marketing can be synchronised with back-end merchandising and inventory management systems to drive profitable online sales up and drive customer acquisition costs down.

Five Intense Hours of Social Marketing Strategies – Keybroker & Facebook

Keybroker held a half-day conference about social marketing on 17 May at Clarion Sign in Stockholm together with our partners at Facebook. Keybroker is all about profitable online sales and efficient online marketing solutions, and these formed the focus for the day. We looked at trends, cases and how to build a smart social marketing strategy.

With speakers from the EMEA office who have worked extensively at the Facebook headquarters in Palo Alto, the interest was great. We were joined by participants from more than 100 Swedish and international retailers. The popular event stimulated lots of discussion on interesting news within the area, and the day ended with a nice mingle among participants.
